Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Maximize profitability for franchise doors through country’s initiatives and business directives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Brand initiatives in sell-in process with the Franchise Partners to ensure best possible store performance and ensure compliance with company standards are met
Pre season
- Manager, Buyingfor OTB and Franchise Manager and be responsible for the Buy in the country for franchise.
- Prepare Forecast and place Final Orders at an article level based on the given Open-To-Buy (OTB) budget with the franchisee.
- Drive and achieve Benchmarks and KPIs on productivity and sell-through which are aligned with SEA & EM strategies.
- Build the right product mix based on the share of business of store formats, product categories, store types, age and gender mix for franchise.
- Plan and select the range for stores to meet the open-to-buy budget. Track future season to ensure that pre-order is in line with the sales trend.*
- Review and implement the right buying analysis by categories for franchise.
- Support franchise partner to ensure their sell-in buy is appropriate by giving them the right range recommendation per store based on SEA & EM strategies Buying seasonal strategies.
- Provide guidance to franchise to ensure that all merchandising strategies and principles are executed timely and correctly.
- Ensure orders are placed accurately and on-time for franchise.
In season
- Manage preorder, allocation and stock replenishment; develop merchandising and stores plans to ensure that respective stores meet: all set merchandising and display standards, service and product knowledge standards, sales (sales per outlet, average transaction value, conversion rate), profits, stocks turn targets
- To oversee the optimal flow of merchandise including fulfilment of product/marketing introduction deadlines/capacity planning.
- To take action the optimal flow of end of season stocks management (PLC)
- In season period, to analyze and assess business gaps and opportunities based on campaign/category sell-through, and general market feedback from store visits
- Review in season and post season buys withManager, Buyingto improve on future quarterly buy
- Work closely with franchise partner to ensure action are taken to improve on all the gaps to optimize our business potential
- Conduct store visits and follow-up calls on a regular basis and ensure the franchise stores comply with company guidelines and standards, provide consulting and propose improvements for the stores
- Support Franchise account manager to drive initiatives.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Professional Background/Experience:
- Functional: Minimum 2 years in Retail Industry
- Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail
- Exposure: Sports, Fashion
- Education:
- Degree or Diploma in Sales / Marketing / Retail Management
