As a Senior Advanced Electrical Design Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in leading the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components. You will also be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, analyzing technical requirements, and implementing electrical engineering strategies and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
• Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies and best practices
• Ensure compliance with standards
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to obtain Security Clearance
