Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting within a customer-facing environment (on-boarding customers, building and maintaining a sales pipeline).
Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to manage client relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
Experience in hunting and acquisition within a start-up environment and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Ability to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans, with strong analytical skills.
