Resolving questions and issues with the use of Conga CPQ when requested (either directly or in the form of Support Tickets as above).
Liaising with the Program on common areas of training requirements
Liaising with the Program on common areas of User Experience improvements
Assistance in the creation of guidelines and training for use of tool for Nokia and Partner users
Identifying and Logging New features and improvements
Identification of any issues relating to connected platforms (Partner Portal, Master Data, sCRM etc.)
Note: This is a global platform with most user activity spread across the Europe and US Time zones. Any “Go Live” testing of new releases is expected to take place from 3pm CET onwards and may take up to 6 hours to complete.
Requirements
This is one of the critical roles where you will be responsible for both technical and solution architecture of the product. You will also multi-task in areas such as business process configuration, testing coordination, queue & scheduled releases management, and ensuring delivery is on track.
The candidate should have a total of 10+ years overall experience.
Demonstrated experience in Salesforce development and working as part of an Agile development team would be preferred.
Certifications: Salesforce Certification will be an advantage
