Description
This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong technical and communication skills to handle responsibilities including: collaborating with other teams on their automated test plans for iOS, watchOS, macOS, and tvOS; designing, implementing, and handing off automated tests to teams as necessary; integrating with server-side components as appropriate.Additional responsibilities will include risk analysis and integration testing across Apple platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience writing code in Objective C or Swift to test an API, SDK, or Frameworks
  • Experience developing various forms of software tests (unit, functional, performance, stress)
  • Experience in driving development and deployment of continuous integration systems
  • Detail oriented, analytical, and creative problem solver with interest in developing quality software
  • Ability to triage problems, prioritize accordingly, and propose a resolution
  • Ability to work independently, raise issues and take corrective action
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS and/or tvOS with XCTest and Xcode
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $282,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
