What you'll do


We would like to kick of a project and validate to what extend AI can be leveraged and infused in the delivery of change management projects. Objective should be to make the delivery not only more scalable, but also provide self services to customers etc.
The Working Student will be tasked to:

  • Conduct market and scientific research
  • Prepare a concept on how and where AI can be leveraged
  • Screen our Change Management Best Practices as knowledge base to train the system
  • Turn the idea into a Proof of Concept
  • Validation with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Craft a short paper about the outcome, findings and feasibility

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration
  • Computer skills: Windows applications, first experience in using AI
  • Language skills: (fluent in English, German)


Hi! we are the team for Digital Change and Adoption being part of Business Transformation Services. Our focus is to drive user adoption and organizational change management at our customers. We are:

  • facilitating organizational change projects in complex SAP IT and business transformations
  • planning and conducting change management measures e.g. communication, enablement, stakeholder management, readiness assessments etc.
  • continuously innovating our change management offering to stay relevant

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
