Your responsibilities:
Achieve assigned quota for HP products, services, and software – Grow HP Business with assigned partners.
Establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth. Serves as the expert for complex information regarding product, services, and software transitions, promotions, and configurations.
Educate and update partner on new HP technologies or solutions. Also support partner to sell HP brand to end customers.
Successfully execute HP Amplify Program– incl. sub programs like Amplify Online or Amplify Impact.
Transactional and relationship selling working within a team of selling professionals.
Create, fill-in and manage HP funnel for deals and transforms potential leads into joint sales activities.
Establish relationship at all organization levels including senior executives, but specifically also with sales people to ensure they have a preference towards HP.
Ensure partner acts compliant with legal and SBC practices.
What do we expect?
Bachelor's or master’s degree in economics/business management or similar area
First sales experience at end-user account or partner level (1-3 years)
Good understanding in data analytics and how to use data to maximize sales
Good understanding in online selling.
Good communication and presentation skills (ideally in front of medium-sized audiences)
Ability to effectively partner with other team members/teams to ensure coordinated efficient account management
Ability to motivate partner's sales force
Fluent in German and English (Typical job interaction – internally and externally – in German language)
Flexibility - 25% of travel
