How you’ll spend your day
  • The position of Supply Service Associate is focused on supporting the alignment of demand with supply plans, inventory policy and overall transparency between sales, production and procurement units;
  • Acts as single point of contact for replenishment and information exchange between Site and Markets for already launched products and secures supply of existing portfolio;
  • Challenges the forecast changes to verify they are valid and ensures that reliable net demand data is loaded in local ERP;
  • Corroborates Production Plan is aligned with validated net demand, alerts in case of shortage or excess vs. Demand, assigns priority in production schedule;
  • Performs continuous Supply Monitoring, manages exceptions and attends weekly S&OP forums with large assigned markets and monthly S&OP forums with smaller markets;
  • Monitors demand trends for evaluation of eventual impacts on the production factors and re-aligns the production factors to the needs of the customers;
  • Performs discussions related requests from the Markets like safety stocks and crisis stocks;
  • Replenishment of goods into the defined markets according to agreed rules, fighting out of stocks;
  • Sets priority for testing schedule for the Quality Control laboratory;
  • Drives QA releases and shipments out of the site;
  • Manages Bulk and FG inventory levels on site;
  • Coordinates Artwork changes between production planning and AW coordinator and monitors timely and correct implementation, under consideration of legal provision of the markets;
  • Facilitates/maintains relevant SC master data (e.g.: SKU master data, safety stocks, min. shelf life, product prioritization);
  • Supports site AOP preparation;
  • Supports local and global forums and requests– e.g. Supply consensus, S&OP, Safety Stock setting etc.;
  • Ensures that all work carried out is in compliance with the required standards conforming to company – e.g. cGMP, SOP, Health and Safety and Environmental requirements;
  • Proposes and implements continuous improvements.
Your experience and qualifications
  • University degree in Business Administration/Economics or similar;
  • Professional experience in Planning department or Supply Service;
  • Experience in working with strict deadlines with high attention to details;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Excellent communication skills in an international environment;
  • Good presentation skills in English;
  • Highly team orientated;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP;
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
