In this role, you’re expected to:

• Execute Foreign Inward Investment Reporting (FIIR) and Paylink transaction according to established procedures and deadlines

  • Incoming cross-border transactions in TWD handling.

  • Domestic remittance processing.

  • Cheque Issuance on behalf Corp Customer.

  • Dividend Cheque / ACH payment handling.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions

• Response incoming inquiries via various channels

• Referral handling and various problems solving

• Assist the department in the implementation of various projects.

• Conduct UAT / PROD testing when required

• Support general functions

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience

• Demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services

• Efficient and fluentverbal and written communication skillswith clear articulation in English and Mandarin

• Good typing skill in English and Chinese (Chinese/English typing: 50 words per minute) .

• Proficient in MS OfficeSuite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsible

• Able to workunderhigh pressure,effectively within a fast paced environment

• Ability to workindependentlyand as part of team with good attitude

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
