Description
- Direct BOM Material Inventory:- Receive, track, and organize incoming materials.- Manage packaging pending for quality inspection (IQC).- Endorse materials to Direct Responsible Individuals (DRIs) or kitting area.- Maintain and organize material inventory, including IQC, build, and remaining stock.- Indirect BOM/Miscellaneous Material Inventory:- Consolidate and manage indirect BOM materials.- Manage the purchasing and inventory of process-related consumables.- Shipment Coordination:- Prepare DHL shipment forms.- Handle packaging and shipment logistics, including secure shipments.- Process Improvement:- Continuously enhance material system flow and operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma in manufacturing management or equivalent experience / skills
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in supply chain management or logistics, specifically in inventory management, shipping, and handling of both direct and indirect materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel) and the ability to quickly learn new software to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear coordination with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions in dynamic environments.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively, ensuring accuracy in inventory management and logistics operations.
