$50,600 - $71,400 CAD

In this role, you are expected to:

  • Play a key role inadvisingcustomers ofhigh-levelfinancial solutions from a range of available investment and credit banking

  • By asking thoughtful financial questions, engage with customers and create positive experiences toretainand deepen

  • providingpersonalized financial advice, answering customer questions, and addressing their concerns; raising matters asappropriate toteam members or partners whilemaintainingconfidentiality andaccuracy

  • Act as a point of contact for the frontline staff in handling customer problems

  • Maintain professional space incommon areasas per marketing and regulatory

  • updatesand suggestadditionalpersonalized solutions based on their financial

  • Stay knowledgeable aboutemergingissues, evolving regulations and industry codes of conduct as well asparticipatein process improvement opportunities to protect the interests of the

  • Ensure documents are prepared consistent with relevant regulations and in a wayproperly reflectingbusiness

  • assistand mentor others in the completion of work activities, and address communication issues


Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevantexperience

  • Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an asset

  • Completion of IFIC or equivalent required

  • CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired

  • Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset

  • Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions and conceptsin order toprovide

  • in software tools including MS Office, and internet application

  • Tactful communicator able to exchange ideas and customer information in a concise and logical way

  • A self-initiator with strong organizational, planning and time management skills
