What you’ll do:
Expected start date: April/May 2025 (6 month contract, 20-40 hours per week)
- Support the global content portfolio lead in planning and execution of global content / solution projects that bring the latest SAP technologies into classrooms around the world
- Support strategic special projects with the portfolio lead
- Utilize data-driven approach to understand global audience need, analyze feedback and target communications
- Monitor content development projects to ensure on-time, quality delivery
- Complete necessary reporting, key metrics tracking and project status update
- Collaborate with the North America team on communications, marketing, and operations, to ensure its regional program is a front runner for new content, offerings and opportunities
- Work within the budget and time allocations for the respective activities and programs
Activities may include one or more of the following:
- Execute communication plans to promote new content, offerings and opportunities for educators and learners
- Develop go-to-market (GTM) materials related to new and expanded offerings through collaboration with product / content and marcomm experts
- Research select topics that have the potential to refine portfolio strategy
- Provide organizational and administrative support to portfolio lead
What you bring:

- : Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.
- Work experience and/or courses in one or more of the following areas: marketing, communications, international business, operations or economics
- Familiarity with enterprise software market or similar business- to- business programs or activities is required; knowledge of SAP solutions is a plus
- Ability to assimilate complex ideas and information into well written, spoken and visual communications
- Effective program / project coordination skills
- Ability to consistently deliver high-quality results in a high-energy, tight deadline environment
- Able to balance multiple projects / tasks based on priority ensuring deadlines are met
- Comfortable working independently while knowing when to ask for help
- Strong motivation to collaborate for best possible outcomes
- Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) required
