• Market Leadership: Guide our new product from the ground up, employing extensive market research and competitive analysis to define, differentiate, and position our product effectively in the marketplace.
• Strategic Development: Own the full product lifecycle, including ideation, market validation, development, launch, and post-launch enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and validate product features, ensuring our product meets market demands and exceeds expectations.
• Product Discovery: Excel in product discovery processes, identifying user needs and translating them into compelling product features.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Establish and monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs), using insights to refine product strategy and achieve business objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including customers, engineering teams, sales, and marketing, to foster product adoption and success.
• Voice of the User: Serve as the advocate for our users, ensuring their needs and feedback are at the forefront of our product development efforts.

• Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with technical products is essential.
• Proven Experience: At least 5 years in a Product Management role, with a track record of successfully bringing new products to market.
• Market Savvy: Demonstrated expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
• Technical Acumen: Strong technical background, comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders and leading tech-centric product initiatives.
• Analytical Tools Mastery: Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Heap) to drive data-informed decisions.

• Product Discovery Expertise: A strong foundation in product discovery techniques, with the ability to uncover and address real user needs.

• Design Background: Experience in design, especially UX/UI, to enhance product appeal and usability.

• Senior Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work closely with senior stakeholders across various departments.
• E-Commerce Insight: Experience with online retail customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
• Global Perspective: Comfortable operating in a global environment, catering to diverse markets and user bases.
• PLG and PLS Experience: Experience with Product-Led Growth and Product-Led Sales strategies is highly desirable, offering a significant advantage
