Job Overview

The candidate is expected to work on the following aspects:

  • Bring up camera modules including image sensor, eeprom, and actuator on QCT mobile platforms.

  • Sensor feature prototyping on QCT mobile platforms.

  • Collaborate with image sensor vendors to evaluate various emerging image sensor technologies, such as HDR and PDAF.

  • Interaction with sensor vendors to align product roadmap and device spec.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years working experiences in the following areas:

  • Image sensor/ eeprom/actuator bring-up on QCT mobile. Experience in ToF sensor/OIS bring-up is a plus.

  • CMOS image sensor characterization

  • Image quality evaluation and metric development

  • Analysis tools and automation development

  • Programming skills in C/C+ Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidates should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with strong coding background

  • Track record of driving ideas from design through commercialization

  • Excellent knowledge of C++, capability to design and implement robust, high-performance and flexible system software

  • Experience in integrating machine learning algorithm into camera systems.

Education Requirements

  • Master or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience.

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
