Responsible for the development and management of risk remediation efforts, including both long-term projects and well as targeted efforts to identify, analyze, document and propose remedial changes.
Resolve complex problems, perform data analysis, and organizational assessments, identify impacts/gaps, develop well founded solutions, demonstrating good analytical and change skills.
Manage all aspects of project and program implementation, develop all project artifacts, plan development, deliverables tracking, progress reporting, identify and communicate project risks, define mitigation strategies, manageresolutions/escalations,meet key sign off criteria.
Delivers and executes strong communication plans across the organization, managing varied stakeholders.
Identifies key project risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly.
Ensure that deliveries from work streams/projects meets requirements and are of appropriate quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with project plan and governance.
Create key management presentations for various audiences that articulate our strategic initiatives and accomplishments.
Escalates program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate.
Qualifications:
8+ years in analysis and project management
5+ year working in financial services.
5+ year working risk / compliance technology and process projects.
Advanced project management and execution skills
Excellent analytical, change and transformation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional organization.
Ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical actions.
Excellent time management, follow-through.
PMP, Sigma Black experience preferred
