Job Description*

This role is responsible for defining and leading the engineering approach for complex features to deliver significant business outcomes. Key responsibilities of the role include delivering complex features and technology enablers that improve development efficiencies. They provide technical thought leadership based on the significant experience they have built through
multiple software implementations and has developed both depth and breadth in a number of technical competencies. The individuals in this role can also lead and be accountable for end to end solution design and delivery (this is based on the scale of implementation and skillsets required)

Responsibilities*

• Work across business and technology to create the solution intent and architectural vision and evolve it to an emerging backlog.
• Consult with the business regarding problems and technology to understand challenges and find creative solutions through their knowledge of the domain, practical experiments, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Lead rapid shaping of a high-level architecture with details filled in with emerging business requirements; ensure architecture is flexible and modular and designed to adapt easily.
• Utilize the defined best practices, templates, and documentation to create architectural designs; suggest improvements to best practices and templates through practical knowledge.
• Work with Product Manager/Owners to plan and prioritize technology focused backlog items for the architecture runway to enable business epics/features.
• Perform design and code reviews to ensure all nonfunctional requirements for a solution are sufficiently met (for example, security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability).
• Should be able to create Data flow diagrams (DFDs), conducting threat modeling, and working with stakeholders, vendors/service providers and Information security team.
• Educate team members on the technology practices, standardization strategies and best practices to create innovative solutions.
• Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements.
• Code solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
• Utilize multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements.
• Assist team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work.
• Contribute to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause.
• Document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.
• Participate, contribute, and can coach team members in the delivery/release (CI-CD) events. e.g., branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution, release notes.

• BE / B. Tech / MCA, Information Technology, or related field

Experience Range*

• 12 to 15 Years

Foundational Skills*

• Proven experience in .NET Development, with proficiency in .NET Core.
• Good expertise in Entity Framework, including Code First approach and EF Core.
• Strong Hands-on experience with C# and object-oriented programming (Oops) concepts, along with proficiency in design patterns.
• Expertise in MVC and Web API development.
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, etc.
• Familiarity with architectural styles and APIs, particularly Web API and REST.
• Good understanding of Agile Methodologies, with experience working in Agile environments.
• ReactJS and VueJS will be added advantages.
• Very good knowledge in design patterns and data structures.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, system integration patterns.
• Proficiency in cloud computing platform and experience with containerizing technologies.
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and high-performance distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and lead cross functional teams.
• Experience in the financial services industry, Payment's transaction systems is preferred.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices for securing enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
• Create and drive software development standards in the team.
• Participate in requirements analysis to understand project needs and objectives.
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
• Improve existing software by implementing enhancements and updates based on user feedback and industry trends.
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support to stakeholders needed.

Desired Skills*
