As a Qualcomm Software Engineer, you will design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and/or specialized utility programs that launch cutting-edge, world class products that meet and exceed customer needs. Qualcomm Software Engineers collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and other teams to design system-level software solutions and obtain information on performance requirements and interfaces.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Job Description

1-2 Years work experience in embedded software and/or driver development. Candidate should be detail-oriented and have strong analytical and debugging skills, strong communication skills (written and verbal), working with teams across multiple time zones.

Extremely strong knowledge of C/C++ programming is mandatory.

Have working knowledge on Device Driver Programming in Linux/ RTOS like QNX /Greenhills etc.

Fluent in industry standard software development tools: debuggers, code revision control systems (GIT, Perforce), IDEs and build tools

Additional Job Description

Solid working knowledge of Android versions, thorough understanding of Android Display Framework, Composer HAL, DRM-KMS, OpenWFD standard or any other display driver.

Experience in embedded display driver implementation.
