Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently in order to interact with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to develop internal and external stakeholder networks - navigating Google and client side to build relationships necessary to deliver against strategic plans and projects.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, solve problems, and navigate across an organization and highly distributed team.
- Ability to manage technical projects, enabling multiple cross-functional teams to deliver against plans.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt a narrative to both technical and business audiences, including C-levels audiences.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Passion for resolving customer objectives within their existing constraints and for industry’s latest trends and innovations.
