What you'll do

You’ll become the key expert and advisor to cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and cath lab staff across your territory. Expect a hands-on role in which you are supporting procedures, delivering training, and driving therapy adoption. You’ll work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and technical support to strengthen our market presence and ultimately improve lives.

Your main responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and technical support during EP procedures involving ablation and mapping technologies
  • Build strong partnerships with physicians, nurses, and EP-lab staff and become their go-to resource
  • Train hospital teams on safe and effective product use (both in procedures and through planned education sessions)
  • Sales responsible of your area to help grow business opportunities and uncover unmet needs
  • Ensure smooth logistics and coordination around case planning, inventory, and follow-up
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and evolving clinical practices
  • Share field insights and customer feedback with internal teams to support continuous innovation

A day in your life

Every day brings something new. One day you’re supporting a Farapulse procedure in one account; the next, you might be traveling to another hospital to discuss the OPAL HDx system upgrade. You’ll balance clinical case support with commercial insight-gathering and product education. If you enjoy variety, love working with people, and want to see your impact firsthand, this role will suit you perfectly.

What you bring

You’ll likely tick one or more of these boxes:

  • 2–5 years of experience in electrophysiology, cardiology, neuromodulation, or Cath lab environments
  • OR experience in a field-based clinical support or sales role (e.g. medical devices or hospital technology)
  • Biomedical engineering, nursing, or life sciences degree
  • Strong communication skills: you can explain complex clinical or technical matters clearly and effectively
  • Ability to build trust quickly with medical teams
  • Proactive and hands-on, with a structured approach to planning your work
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Switzerland and work flexible hours based on procedure schedules
  • Fluent in French, English, and German. Italian is optional.
