- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- 3 years of experience building or managing distributed systems or cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Kubernetes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience with search technologies like Elasticsearch or Pinecone.
- Experience in Generative AI.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts with the understanding of complex inter-dependencies of a large-scale infrastructure.
