Physical Distribution Manager

Your role:

• Report on performance and corrective actions of all service providers (daily, weekly and monthly review cycle) of all activities as described below:

• Supports daily inbound activities of the DC including forecasting and priority setting and executes corrective processes for exceptions such as: overdueASNcheck, over- and under delivery resolution, inbound complaint registration, and reverse logistics.

• Supports daily outbound activities of the DC including forecasting priority setting and executes corrective processes for exceptions such as overdue deliveries and customer complaint registration.

• Initiate process improvements for the inbound or outbound activities based on root cause analysis of daily exceptions in the operational processes.

• Ensures stock in SAP is in line with the stock in supplier warehouse management system.

• Coordinates the rework activities of stocks such as: quality issues on request of Business Group, value added services on customer request or promotional value added services on request of marketing.

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics and / or supply chain management.

• Knowledge ofSAPand Infodis

• Stress resistant in a dynamic operational environment

• Hands-on mentality, you are visiting the warehouse on a weekly base to be close to the physical distribution flow
