Project Management Specialist II
In this role, you will engage in project management as a part of the Momentum team. The primary responsibilities will be to accurately forecast and control cost for the Momentum projects. As a part of the role, you will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Influence functional stakeholders
Project Metrics
Program Budget management
Manage data and reporting
Internal Stakeholder Presentations
Project and budget management for Aerospace programs
On time delivery of projects
Support the management operating system (MOS)
Responsible for Monthly and quarterly spend forecast
Prepare and publish metrics and reports
Analyze program performance
Maintain schedule and track milestones
Analyze cost and schedule integration
Track budget and program financial data

MUST HAVE:
2+ years of experience in project or budget management
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office and SAP
Ability to speak, read and write English
Experience : 4 - 6 Yrs
Bachelor's degree in Eng or MBA with strong finance and business acumen
Must have hands on experience in Tableau with excellent exposure on data analytics
Experience in usage of Earned value metrics, Estimate at completion growth and Milestone Fidelity.
Very good experience using
Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point)
Has experience in defining and tracking KPIs (Key Performance indicator) for the project
Experience in presenting the KPIs to leadership
Exposure to SAP system – Ability to extract reports and derive insights.
