Essential Responsibilities

• Lead to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles
• Employs sophisticated manufacturing techniques
• Develop and drive manufacturing technology roadmap for ISC China
• Deliver key technology priorities for AMTC (Advanced Manufacturing Technology Center)
• Develop strategy to enhance ISC China manufacturing technology capability.
• Develop contingency plan to ensure business continuity of supply chain.
• Drive innovation in new technology integrated with lean, AME and digital.
• Partner with BD to enable supply chain expansion/extension with synergy cross industries.

Qualifications/Requirements

• B.S. Degree in an engineering/technical discipline
• 10+year experience with proven leadership in manufacturing, souring, logistics or engineering in relevant industry with MNC.
• Have a proven track record in driving change with lean/6-sigma methodology, can-do attitude and ability to lead continued development.
• Cross functional program experience in managing large scale project.
• Good at problem solving skill and experience in strategy deployment plan.
• Strong leadership skills to drive process improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with China local teams and global teams.

Desired Characteristics

• Have proven mentoring and coaching abilities, demonstrated ability to motivate & inspire others.
• MBA, MS or PhD in engineering, supply chain, or related fields
• 15+ years’ leadership experience with HealthCare product management, NPI, sourcing, supply chain, service or commercial operations, or related fields
• Deep knowledge of HealthCare products, processes and work systems
