What You’ll Do
As a Solution Advisor, you will play a key role in helping customers understand and experience the value of SAP S/4HANA Cloud. You will be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations, both pre-sales and post-sales, to help secure business and drive revenue growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement & Solution Alignment – Understand customer challenges, map them to SAP Cloud ERP solutions, and provide strategic recommendations to drive success.
- Product Demonstrations & Storytelling – Develop and deliver impactful product demonstrations that showcase business value through compelling narratives.
- Collaboration with Account Teams – Work alongside sales, solution experts, and partners to position SAP solutions effectively and maximize success probabilities.
- Value Expansion & Adoption – Ensure customers realize the full potential of SAP solutions by driving adoption and continuously identifying opportunities for growth.
- Customer Experience & Trust Building – Foster strong relationships with customers, co-creating an SAP vision that aligns with their business objectives and builds long-term trust.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP solutions, Cloud ERP, or relevant Lines of Business.
- Strong technical and business acumen with expertise in one or more specialized areas.
- Working knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS, and PaaS models in a Business-to-Business environment.
- Proven ability to engage and build lasting customer relationships.
- Ability to quickly understand customer business goals and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Passion for storytelling—crafting engaging narratives and compelling presentations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
