- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working in a search firm or corporate environment focused on executive level hiring.
- Experience consulting and managing executive level clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to initiate action and accomplish goals across a wide range of teams and projects.
- Ability to communicate in discussions and written documents and deliver regular updates and feedback.
- Ability to learn about new markets and run a thorough recruiting process, including leadership applicant research, outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation.
- Ability to recruit applicants in the technology or cloud industry, and engage with executive applicants and stakeholders.
- Excellent consultative skills and domain expertise to build productive partnerships with internal leaders.
- Excellent people and client-service skills.
