What you'll do...
As a Principal, Technology Operations, you will be a portfolio and program manager driving the Corporate Communications technology work execution.
What you'll do:
- Being a hands-on driver of results, who is passionate about delivery.
- Building and nurturing collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to align priorities and gain buy-in for key initiatives and strategies.
- Playing a key role in crafting and delivering executive-level communications and updates, ensuring the message is aligned with the organization's vision and goals.
- Providing insight and advice to the leadership team around operational excellence, resource and fiscal planning, participate in overall group strategy decisions and assist in implementing policies and procedures.
- Identify risks/ issues that impede team success and collaborate on ways to mitigate without impacting business priorities.
- Partnering with cross-functional partners on cross-reaching initiatives and operations.
- Providing budgeting inputs and oversight to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP) financial processes
- Preparing independently clear, concise, logically structured, and meaningful artifacts and communications

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
