Help mold the future of Alexa+, our next-generation assistant powered by generative AI. If you have the right blend of passion, enthusiasm, customer advocacy, curiosity and creativity, you may just be right for the Gen AI Partnerships BD role on the Alexa+ team. In this role, you will be working with top-tier companies who want to make their experiences available to Alexa customers. You will work with partners to develop incredible experiences that will wow customers using the new Alexa+ SDKs.Your responsibilities will include creating and owning key business relationships and driving the ultimate success of partner projects. You will be the “face of Amazon” with key partners and drive discussions with senior technical leaders/CxO in those organizations. You will be required to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges and map the intersection of partner needs and Amazon priorities.Key job responsibilities
* Identify, engage, and sign top tier partners and drive opportunities for compelling Alexa experiences.
* Work with cross-functional teams to enable successful recruiting and onboarding of developers.
* Independently execute plans while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. product, marketing, legal, finance, accounting, etc.).
* Maintain trust with partners by ensuring all commitments are fulfilled.
* Prepare and present business reviews to senior leaders.
* Contribute to business strategy, organizational goals, and metrics definitions.
* Advocate internally for developer features and functionality that will help Alexa+ to take action, orchestrating across tens of thousands of services and devices.
* Research and identify new and unscoped opportunities for Alexa+.A day in the life
You will be the single point of contact for Alexa+'s new partnerships. You will drive strategy and tactics across the partnership working across organizational levels and functions. As part of the role, you will lead business deal negotiation strategy & execution, while contributing to broader organizational business & product strategy.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Experience working with emerging technologies in a sales or partnerships role
- Ability to internalize goals and work independently to create appropriate action plans for those goals
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization
- Exceptional ability to communicate with and influence both technical and non-technical audiences at the C-suite level
