The business analyst is responsible for driving deep insights about our business for our business leaders and driving continuous improvement using the data. The person should have a detailed understanding of a business requirement or the ability to quickly get to the root cause of a particular business issue, and draft solutions to meet requirements or resolve the root problems. You will work closely with program managers, business intelligence engineers, data scientists and product managers to analyze massive data sets, identify areas to improve, define metrics to measure and monitor programs, and most importantly work with different stakeholders to drive improvements over time. You will also work closely with internal business teams to extract or mine information from our existing systems to create new analysis, and expose data from our group to wider teams in intuitive ways.Key job responsibilities
Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. within SQL, self-service data tools and Quicksight.Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable formatWrite concise documents communicating results to stakeholders and visualize data to drive decision makingHyderabad, TS, IND

- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with SQL

- Master's degree in business or analytical discipline
- Experience partnering with executive-level leaders to identifying and solving business issues
- 4+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience
