Job Title:Manager - Financial Due Diligence

As a Manager in Financial Due Diligence, you will be responsible for managing and executing financial due diligence engagements for mergers and acquisitions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business, identify key risks and opportunities, and provide insights that contribute to their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
  • Analyze financial and operational results of target companies to identify trends, challenges, and drivers of historical and future earnings.
  • Prepare and review detailed financial due diligence reports, including quality of earnings, working capital analysis, and debt and debt-like items.
  • Coordinate with other service lines such as IT, Cyber and operational due diligence to provide comprehensive transaction advisory services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client service and satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including identifying opportunities and building industry relationships.

Qualifications and Skill Set:

  • A professional accounting / finance qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial due diligence or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information.
