We are in search of a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer (Staff) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, and 2-3 years of dedicated experience in the DevOps domain. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of essential DevOps tools, including AWS DevOps tools, Terraform, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible/Chef, etc. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting DevOps tools within production systems. Strong scripting and automation skills using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell are a must, along with knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust DevOps processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver innovative DevOps solutions.
• Utilize your expertise in essential DevOps tools such as AWS DevOps tools, Terraform, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible/Chef.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting DevOps tools in production systems.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
• Design and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform.
• Collaborate in the development and maintenance of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement and manage configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of DevOps tools and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure and deployments.
• Apply networking concepts and protocols to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders through excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certification in cloud technologies is a plus.
