About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-drivento lead thefunction across our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategy. You’ll manage the planning, coordination, and execution of DE&I programs that span gender equity, LGBTQ+ inclusion, disability inclusion, social mobility, and more.
PMO & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end program management for DE&I initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and strong governance.
- Create and maintain project plans, trackers, and dashboards to support execution across teams and geographies.
- Drive consistency and structure across all DE&I initiatives through tools, templates, and best practices.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and facilitate collaboration across internal teams and partners.
Disability Inclusion Focus
- Act as a thought partner on disability inclusion strategy and accessibility initiatives.
- Support and drive programs, events, and campaigns that promote a disability-confident workplace.
- Partner with relevant teams to identify and remove barriers, improve inclusion, and embed accessibility across the employee experience.
- Stay current on trends, insights, and innovations in the disability inclusion space and bring these into our programs.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with Talent, Talent Acquisition, the DE&I Council, other SL/SF leads, CEGs (Community Engagement Groups), Accessibility teams, Facilities and BMC.
- Coordinate with regional and global teams to align on goals and share progress.
- Prepare communications, updates, and reports for leadership and DE&I councils.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally with PMO responsibilities.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in DE&I or a demonstrated passion for inclusion and social impact.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive cross-functional execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lived experience or deep allyship in the disability inclusion space.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards or inclusive workplace practices.
- Experience engaging with CEGs or employee communities.
- Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, etc.).
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification.
