- 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 6+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience

- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
- Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
- Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
- Familiar with 1+ of programming languages(Typescript/Python/Go/Java/etc.) and system design. Also be willing to use different programming languages.
- Below are required at least 2 of 4:1)Test Driven Development(TDD). 2)Public cloud/Cloud Native development experience. 3)Cloud operation. 4)Develop large system with scale.
- Nice to have: 1)Open source contributions. 2)Public tech content, for example, github / stackoverflow / personal site
