Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with key clients in the automation sector across Iraq.
- Act as a trusted advisor toclients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet theirbusiness goals.
- Establish these relationshipswhile engaging customers at all levels including senior levels of the customerorganization.
- Early engagement in thecustomer buying process diagnosing customers’ needs and tailoring solutions tomatch.
- Manages the day to day andstrategic: maintaining a balanced approach to superior customer service andstrategic account planning.
- Quarterly results and long-termaccount goals
- Identifies new salesopportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building valuepropositions for solutions into the account.
- Manage and build customercontacts, serving as the customer’s ambassador, “trusted advisor” and advocate
- Focal point for relationshipstrategies, account and sales plans, proposal strategies, contractnegotiations, etc.
- Drives sales campaign and LOBstrategic initiatives
Planfor account growth in the long term
- Industrial customers in theprocess industries including, technical buyers, economic buyers, executives.Customers at all levels in an organization including executive level decisionmakers
- Pursue growth through regular face to face meetings and winningnew customers to enlarge the assigned customer base
- Frequent travel across the country is required to cover all theaccounts (50% of the time)
WE VALUE - Bachelor’s degree inengineering or related.
- Preferable Arabic speaking
- At least 5 years’ experience in solutionsales (automation industry).
- Proven track record of success in theindustry/business environment
- Experience in building and maintainingrelations at customers (different levels)
- Experienced in complex sale, including earlyengagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building long-termstrategic and executive relationships, team selling and opportunity planning
- Marketing and project management experiencedesirable
- Demonstrate strategic leadership and authority
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, andpresentation skills
- Works well in the matrix and with thefunctional organization (country and business organizations)
- Establish credibility and respect for selfand Honeywell internally & externally
- Disciplined, responsive and reliable whencommitting to actions
- Hungry to win/get results (hunter withoutstanding consulting approach)
- Leadership: leads others toward a goal(internal influence, organization knowledge, networking)
- Knowledge of customer business, understandingcustomer needs and strategic thinker with solid Account Management Planning
- Win new customers, extend footprint inexisting base
