職務内容

幅広いソリューション知識と深い実装経験、顧客の成果をサポートするためにソリューションのデザイン、導入、およびレビューする能力を持ち、SAP S/4HANA Cloudを中心としたSAPアプリケーションの導入プロジェクトにおいてソリューションをリードする役割を主に提案から導入のフェーズにて行います。ソリューションアーキテクトとして、ポートフォリオに基づいて顧客の期待を説得力のある提案に変換し、専門家や営業チームと緊密に協力します。

SAP のソリューション及びサービスポートフォリオに基づいて、顧客の期待内容から説得力のある提案を作成します。そのために他のエキスパートや営業チームと緊密に協力します。

必須スキル

•SAP のアプリケーションコンサルティングおよびシステム導入経験（目安として10年以上）

•SAP のアプリケーション（会計またはサプライチェーン領域）の幅広い製品知識・提案および導入経験があること

•少なくとも一つの業界に対してコンサルティングが可能な、業界業務知識・経験をもつこと

•SAP アプリケーション導入プロジェクトにおけるリードポジションの経験が複数回あること

•SAP Activate または何らかのSAP導入方法論を習得しており、各フェーズにおけるタスクとアウトプットの順序性やリスクのあるポイントなどを説明できること

• 顧客に対して、明確で簡潔なプレゼンテーションを提供し、複雑な情報を明確に提示するスキル及び経験があること

•課題に対して、お客様に対して対策案を提示し、解決に導く等、問題解決能力をもつこと。もしくは、そのフレームワークが身についていること

•困難な状況においても顧客、社員と良好な関係を築ける高い日本語コミュニケーション能力をもつこと。また、社内の他製品担当のコンサルタントと協業・連携できる、英語力・コミュニケーション力をもつこと

• 生成AI等、最新のIT技術に興味を持ち、主要なエッセンスを短期間でキャッチアップできること
