Job Requirements
Developing policies and procedures relating to the organization's sourcing/ commodity purchasing function.
Leading activities of purchasing decision making, providers identification and purchase agreements negotiation, in compliance with standards and the budget.
Scheduling purchases in order to meet production schedules while minimizing overhead. Adjusting and improving purchasing schedule as needed in response to market supply or demand.
Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for sourcing/ commodity procurement teams; managing, motivating, and developing project and team leaders.
IC - Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
