Job Summary:

• The Associate Director will be required to work in a cross functional team environment and in an individual capacity to program manage projects and initiatives that will be run across Enablement Services or GDS. Certain programs could also be anchored in a global, area or regional transformation program.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Being able to translate GDS Enablement Services priorities into strategic initiatives for the fiscal year.
• Putting together the plan to execute a strategic or operational iniative across Enablement Services.
• Leading the implementation of strategic initatives that our EY CBS, GDS or GDS ES led.
• Drafting and executing a stakeholder manager framework for both GDS ES and users.
• Building a close connect with the GDS ES Core leadership team to align and enable GDS ES priorities.
• Collabrating with various teams (service delivery and support teams) to provide support in driving buisness goals.
• Constantly monitor and report progress on multiple ES wide initiatives to stakeholders using infographic dashboards.
• Develop or collaborate on the development of a communication and change management plan.
• Expertise in managing dashboards and story boards using MS powerpoint, MS Excel, other Project management tools.
• Should be able to deliver results within the boundaries of existing challenges and business structures.
