Your Impact

  • Provide on-call support 24x7 on an as-needed basis, including travel to customer sites for critical situations to expedite resolution

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on technical knowledge in support, troubleshooting, and customer-facing environments
  • Experience as a Professional Services engineer, handling deployment, implementation, and integration projects for customers
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, security processes, and core concepts across AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, virtual machines, and containers
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, IP routing, and security protocols/procedures (HTTP/HTTPS, IPSec, NAT)
  • Experience with containers and orchestrators (Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker), CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, container registries, serverless environments
  • Basic to intermediate Linux skills, including filesystem navigation, user and permission management, log analysis, networking commands (curl, wget, tcpdump), system monitoring, and basic shell scripting
  • Familiarity with scripting and configuration formats: Python, JSON, YAML, and Bash
  • Strong consulting, project management, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, delivering business value and interacting effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist & Office Coordinator to be the heart of our office operations. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees, guests, and partners, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless office experience. What You’ll Do:

We are looking for the person who will take the responsibility over the corporate income tax compliance and tax accounting for the Israeli companies of the group. In addition, this person will be exposed to the wide range of international tax topics of a large international US multinational group and would be able to expand their responsibilities and learn new skills.
What you'll be doing
  • Ensure compliance with Israeli tax regulations, lead the preparation of the Israeli CIT returns.
  • Ensure tax compliance and filings in respect of the Encouragement Law.
  • Participate in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process, be responsible for the tax accounting inputs into the Israeli statutory reporting and US GAAP reporting.
  • Prepare provisions calculations in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Be responsible for the Special Company procedures.
  • Handle tax audits, disputes, and assessments, including negotiations with tax authorities on corporate tax, VAT, and social security (Bituah Leumi).
  • Drive reorganizations and entity optimization processes.
  • Collaborate with external advisors on tax-related matters.
  • Possibility to learn and participate in a variety of the global tax projects: Pillar 2, Digital Service Tax, direct and indirect tax compliance in EMEA/APAC, transfer pricing, APAs, R&D credits, tax automation projects, etc.
What we're looking for
  • CPA with at least 5 years of experience in the tax department of a Big 4 or Tier 2 firm.
  • Proven experience in preparation of complex Israeli CIT returns and Encouragement law filings.
  • Experience in handling tax audits and disputes.
  • US GAAP foundation knowledge.
  • Fluent Hebrew and English.
  • Strong Excel skills.
You might also have
  • Willingness to learn and expand the tax skills outside the Israeli tax function.
  • Familiarity with tax accounting principles, hands-on tax accounting and provisions experience - an advantage.

Your key responsibilities

As a member of the Actuarial team, you will make a significant technical contribution to Insurance & Actuarial client engagements and internal projects. In particular:

  • Participate in the technical delivery for a wide range of client assignments in either Insurance (Non-Life, Life insurance, Health or pension businesses) and Financial sector industry covering traditional actuarial activities like reserving, pricing, modelling, financial reporting (e.g. Solvency II, IFRS 17) or audit as well as broader topics like mergers and acquisitions, new legislations, big data / analytics, risk and capital management;
  • Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility and knowledge, providing support, maintaining communication and update other senior team members on progress;

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • 0-2 years of experience as an actuary in the insurance sector gained from working either in an insurer or at an actuarial consultancy firm;
  • Proven math and analytical skills, as normally acquired through the pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Computer Science or any other quantitative degree;
  • Strong team player with a passion for excellence and commitment to delivering work on time and with a flexible working style enjoying working with multi-national teams;
  • A consulting mind-set, comfortable navigating through periods of ambiguity and change, and can effectively manage competing priorities;
  • A committed approach to continuous professional development is required;
