• As a Cognyter you will:
• Manage project/s scope, content control, schedule, and budget
• Maintain direct contact with customers and build long-term relationships
• Manage risks and mitigation plans
• Lead the overall project plan in a global environment across company divisions: R&D, QA, Operations, Integration, and Support.
• Define, prioritize, negotiate, and communicate customer requirements
• Manage third-party suppliers
• Escort the pre-sales process for new sales opportunities, including estimated timelines and efforts
• Play an active role in the technical analysis and resolution of issues

For that mission you’ll need:

• Degree - BSc in Computer Science, Systems Information, System Analysis, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing or contributing to large-scale programs – a must
• Experience in working in a global environment with customers – a must
• Experience in managing complex technical systems in the telecom, security, or information domains
• Strong multitasking capabilities
• Ability to travel abroad (medium frequency)
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills

About the Role

As the, you will own the delivery strategy and execution across the client lifecycle, driving scalable operations and ensuring exceptional results from system setup through ongoing client support. You’ll oversee a multi-team department responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting tailored client systems—ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction at scale, all in alignment with company growth.

Requirements:

• 3+ years working in construction-related roles or equivalent experience
• Studies- degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in leadership roles including senior positions, managing cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
• 5+ years experience in operational or project management roles in service delivery environments.
• Experience in tech-related roles within construction or related sectors; background in construction innovation, digital transformation, or ConTech preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

• Proven technical program management background – you understand engineering workflows, tools, dependencies, and delivery tradeoffs.
• Deep familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence – including workflow creation, scripting, automation, and reporting.
• Agile coach experience – you’ve guided teams on Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile principles.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills – able to inspire teams, gain alignment, and communicate risk early.
• Comfortable writing JQL queries and using dashboards. ScriptRunner, Jira Automation, or Python scripting is a plus.
• Organized, assertive, data-driven, and empathetic – a proactive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• You’re comfortable diving into small details and following through – you don’t just delegate, you deliver.
