What You’ll Do:

• Engage in business development activities, including identifying growth opportunities
• Lead and support projects focused on change management, transactions, M&As, talent, organizational design, and culture in fast-paced tech environments and non-tech sectors
• Conduct market research, stakeholder interviews, and data-driven analysis
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior decision-makers
• Collaborate with EY’s multidisciplinary teams to drive people-centric transformation and deliver end-to-end solutions
• This role is an integral part of the People Advisory Services (PAS) consulting team. You will report directly to the PAS Executive Director within EY Parthenon. This is an individual contributor role with no current supervisory responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven consulting experience, ideally in high-tech or fast-paced industries, with at least 8 years of professional experience
• Relevant business experience as a senior HR or Organizational Development (OD) professional is a plus
• Academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in Project Management

• Fluent English – both written and verbal
• Strong expertise in change management, organizational development, and HR transformation
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
• A curious, multitasking, and collaborative mindset

About the Role

EY Israel’s Advanced Cybersecurity Center empowers global and Israeli organizations to build cyber resilience. As aon ourteam, you will lead consulting engagements with strategic clients across multiple domains—including compliance, cloud security, application security, and more. You will conduct cyber risk assessments, design mitigation strategies, and guide clients through complex security challenges with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of defensive cybersecurity consulting engagements—from scoping to executive read-out—covering Risk & Compliance, Cloud and Application Security, Security Operations, and more.
• Advise CISOs and senior stakeholders on cybersecurity program maturity and co-develop strategic roadmaps toward enhanced cyber resilience.
• Design actionable remediation plans and oversee their implementation to ensure measurable progress.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop innovative service offerings, reusable accelerators, and thought leadership content.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity across multiple domains (e.g., cloud, network, application), ideally including consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of networking and cloud fundamentals , with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Proficiency in risk assessment and management methodologies , including familiarity with leading frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27005.
• Excellent analytical skills , project management discipline, and fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
