About the Role:

Does the idea of translating product capabilities into business benefits and compelling stories get you up in the morning? Reporting to our Director, Field CISO and Product Marketing, you will deliver highly visible content, both internally and externally, for our Orca Cloud Security Platform. What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate key features and capabilities into messages that drive awareness and adoption

  • Develop content to educate DevOps, Security Ops, and CISOs about our solutions, as well as excite, motivate and inspire them to become customers
  • Craft and develop materials to educate prospects and users; including web pages, blog posts, videos, case studies, press releases, and sales presentations

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute on Demand Gen Campaigns: Manage the execution of demand generation programs across events, digital channels, and marketing partners, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Management: Partner with the Business Development team on seamless lead handoff processes and provide enablement and best practices for lead management.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to identify target segments, tailor messaging, and execute campaigns that engage and convert these audiences. Track and analyze key metrics to ensure continuous optimization of campaigns.
  • Campaign Messaging & Content Creation: Create compelling, results-driven campaign content, including email, landing pages, webinars, blog posts, paid social ads, and more. Align messaging with the company’s go-to-market strategy to drive awareness and conversions.
  • Demand Generation Calendar & Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, setup, execution, and tracking of demand generation campaigns, managing the demand gen calendar to ensure timely delivery and alignment across all marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve campaign performance across various channels. Develop and implement strategies to maximize ROI and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.

What we are looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in Demand Generation on a Marketing team, preferably with a B2B focus.
  • Track record of generating or accelerating pipeline via events, paid campaigns, email nurture, or ABM.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive- able to take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
  • Proven ability to execute effectively and collaborate with teams cross-functionally, especially Sales.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

This role is a critical part of our sales process, bridging the gap between our cutting-edge technology and the specific needs of higher education institutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of university architecture, a strong technical background, and excellent communication skills to effectively articulate the value of our software to technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Senior Level Engagement: Responsible for senior coverage of primary IT Institutional stakeholders (CTO, CIO, IT Director, etc.), which includes developing trusted advisor relationships that go beyond technical discussions to understanding institutional goals and challenges.
  • Pre-Sales Technical Support: Serve as the primary technical consultant for the sales team, providing collaboration and expert guidance during the entire sales cycle - from initial discovery of unmet needs to building alignment across stakeholders, and helping position solutions that support their institutional strategy.

What we are looking for:

Your time will be primarily focused on external selling, actively engaging with MSFT, your client(s) and EY account and industry leadership

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 12 to15+ years of quota carrying sales experience in professional services, solutions, and technology.
  • Direct and MSFT channel sales experience
  • Experience selling enterprise solutions to Consumer Products and Retail clients.
  • Services sales experience working at Big 4 firm or other GSI.
  • Knowledge and expertise across top Microsoft technologies including but not limited to Azure/cloud, Data & AI, cyber and Power Platforms
  • Expert client management and relationship skills, strong executive presence, and expertise in influencing without authority.
  • Expert knowledge of EY’s Alliances, products and services
  • Solid understanding of the marketplace/industry, competitive intel, and target account profiles information
  • Strong ability to handle and resolve conflict.
  • A University/bachelor’s degree

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Technical IT background and/ or delivery management leadership experience
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Team selling experience.
  • Ability to travel.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $221,410 to $280,070 plus participation in an incentive compensation program applicable to Sales Executives. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $265,650 to $318,290 plus participation in an incentive compensation program applicable to Sales Executives. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.

About the Role:

Does the idea of translating product capabilities into business benefits and compelling stories get you up in the morning? Reporting to our Director, Field CISO and Product Marketing, you will deliver highly visible content, both internally and externally, for our Orca Cloud Security Platform. As a Product Marketing Specialsit, you will collaborate cross-functionally, creating go-to-market strategies that demonstrate Orca’s differentiated leadership in cloud security. You’ll help lead launches, write great blogs, and participate in webinars. you will be the champion of Orca’s latest and greatest product developments which positively influence and disrupt the cloud security industry. What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate key features and capabilities into messages that drive awareness and adoption
  • Work with our Orca Research Pod to message and drive awareness for their discoveries and research
  • Develop content to educate DevOps, Security Ops, and CISOs about our solutions, as well as excite, motivate and inspire them to become customers
  • Craft and develop materials to educate prospects and users; including web pages, blog posts, videos, case studies, press releases, and sales presentations
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence
What You Bring:
  • Product Marketing: 2+ years of experience in content or product marketing roles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven excellence in written and verbal communication skills and an ability to translate technical information into compelling content
  • Fast learner, able to quickly develop a deep understanding of our cloud security platform and target markets
  • Self-starter, detail and task-oriented; able to successfully manage multiple priorities with guidance from leadership
  • Successful track record of working remotely with global technical teams
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS and the cybersecurity industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, or related field
