Senior Commercialization Architect, Associate Director

Supporting the commercialization process, the role builds the frameworks, processes, methods, tools, and governance to facilitate the Go-To-Market (GTM) monetization transformation from input‑based, effort-driven, cost‑plus margin monetization into client value‑driven, output- and outcome‑based models, that appropriately share in all sources of value: efficiency, effectivness and enablement. If you can think critically and creatively to solve complex problems using modern distributed systems technologies, multi-agent systems, advanced reasoning techniques, and enterprise-grade AI safety frameworks, and can envision how scalable architectures and intelligent agents can transform enterprise operations, you will excel.

You should be comfortable working with culturally diverse teams including engineers, AI engineers, AI safety specialists, platform specialists, data scientists, and offshore development teams, which means you may need to work outside normal hours to collaborate with global engineering teams. Some travel may be required for technology conferences, AI conferences, client implementations, and international project collaboration.

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $138,200 to $266,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $165,800 to $302,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
