  • Lead the effort to deliver superlative campaigns to customers, ensuring compelling story-telling, relevant content and best-in-class creative are present throughout our communications.
  • Deliver on the vision to implement truly 1:1 campaigns to our various customer base through personalized messaging, offers, content and more.
  • Help define channel contact strategies and plans.
  • Articulate complex campaign requirements, closely partnering with CRM data and operations teams to ensure their proper implementation. Understand the technical side of email operations from how customer data attributes flow from data systems into the ESPs for campaign retrieval to ESP set up and implementation to dynamic content execution.
  • Report on campaign and channel performance, partnering with Analytics as needed, and share actionable insights at different levels of the organization. Understand key campaign, channel and customer level metrics and how to take CRM data to drive performance.
Qualifications
  • 6-10 years experience managing an elaborate email marketing program for a Fortune 500 company
  • Impeccable knowledge of email marketing best practices, especially around creative and story-telling.
  • Passion for creative, copy and campaign development and deep-bench experience working with creative teams.
  • Keen understanding of the data undergirding CRM programs and enabling campaign orchestration and personalization.
  • Superior organizational, project management and communication skills -- this role requires hands-on management of campaign deployments, often under tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Experience with Enterprise-level marketing cloud solutions and CRM tech stack.

CPA Licensing Compliance is seeking an Assistant Director to support and manage the various requirements surrounding CPA compliance. The Assistant Director will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with CPA licensing requirements, leveraging a strong background in accountancy, preferably with experience at a State Board of Accountancy, NASBA, or within a CPA practice. This role will involve providing complex consultations, conducting in-depth reviews of state board rules and regulations, and fostering increased interactions with ECRM, Service Line Quality (SLQLs) and Talent Leaders.   • Provide complex consultations regarding CPA licensing processes, requirements, and best practices.

As a part of the FEMA program, we’ll lean on you to support our technical professionals and aid in various or all phases of the Public Assistance grant delivery process (from applicant assignment to exit briefing). Including the development of technical documents, cost estimating, and disaster recovery and/or management services. You’ll be a key member of the team in assisting project managers or engineers in major segments of moderate to complex projects or tasks and provide reporting and management assistance for the overall efficiency of the disaster operation. We’ll rely on your expertise and attention to detail to ensure compliance with overall FEMA Public Assistance policy and procedure.

For our FEMA client, qualified candidates must be U.S. citizens, able to clear Department of Homeland Security background check for security clearance level of “Public Trust”, and open to working 8-12 hours per day for 5-6 days per week. You’ll potentially deploy to the field in remote disaster conditions, and most of the job responsibilities will be conducted in a FEMA office. Due to the nature of this type of unpredictable work, you must also have the ability to mobilize within 24-48 hours if ever needed to deploy, commit to up to 6 months or longer on a disaster deployment, and be flexible for contingent type of project work.
