What you’ll be doing:

The Director of Treasury Systems and Automation will build all systems and applications related to all payments flowing into and out of all accounts as well as manage all systems upgrades, implementations and integrations. As a leader of our finance team, you will be responsible for all AP host to host connections with our banks, automated payroll feeds with our payroll providers and automating tax payments worldwide. In this role, this leader will establish and enforce policies and ensure accurate controls are in place for data transmission and integration between systems. Importantly, you will lead the development of end to end process related to cash movements including the use of AI by partnering with external system providers as well as internal finance and IT teams. You will coordinate system integrations and design our foreign exchange, share repurchase and investment activities. This position involves reporting metrics showcasing outstanding system integration and automation to our senior finance leadership team.

What we need to see:

• 15+ overall years of experience at a multinational corporation or global bank in treasury system design, implementation and maintenance across a sophisticated array of systems

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Technical field

• 5+ years of leadership experience

• Prior experience building and leading a centralized treasury system architecture with outstanding project management skills

• Extensive knowledge of market technologies, investment and foreign settlement practices as well as banking regulations

• Process strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills for this highly visible role within and outside the company

• Proven track record of building positive relationships within finance and organizational leaders, as well as externally with senior management and members of the financial community

What You’ll Be Doing:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the DGX Cloud platform by helping to build our development, tests, release and deployment processes, creating world-class performance and quality measurement and regression management tools, and maintaining a high standard of excellence in our automation tools for CI/CD, deployments and release engineering.

• Provide strategic direction for designing and implementing scalable cloud-based systems for PaaS/IaaS.

• Coordinate collaboration with Product, QA, and Development teams to deliver new features and improvements.

• Drive improvements on release engineering for both on-premises and cloud deployments.

• Implement procedures for software quality, security, and performance across the team.

• Mentor and grow engineering talent, encouraging innovation and accountability.

What We Need to See:

• Shown experience leading software engineering teams across different time zones

• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, virtualization, global infrastructure, and security principles.

• Expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) and containerization technologies.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Strong background in CI/CD strategy and release engineering.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Key job responsibilities
- Maintain configuration control and monitor health of automated equipment

- Experience of ownership of the performance and health of automated processes
- Experience reading, interpreting and working from engineering documentation and/or drawings
- Ability to gather and analyze data to support root cause diagnosis

- 5+ years experience in mechanical or electrical hardware assembly, test, and/or installation
- 3+ years operating and/or maintaining high volume manufacturing equipment
- 3+ years using hand tools and/or precision measuring instruments (i.e., Calipers, multi-meters, torque wrenches, feeler gages, gage blocks)
- Experience in the aerospace industry, automotive industry, medical device industry, aviation, military or other high-reliability operating environment
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment
