Your Impact

• Design, build, and maintain the end to end experience for running our network vulnerability scanner - This includes building both the software that runs within customers’ networks and the user experience for interacting with that software from within the XSIAM platform
• Research and utilize leading open source network scanning solutions
• Analyze existing solutions, identify barriers to scaling, recommend changes, then implement
• Take part in architecture strategy sessions - design solutions that accommodate the requirements of the various groups across Cortex
• Collaborate with teams to solve problems, reduce technical debt, and evolve development practices
• Drive technical best practices and evangelize new technologies within the engineering org
• Collaborate with other engineers and ensure that your team delivers high-quality output
• Take ownership of projects, drive them to completion, and support them in production

Your Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a professional software engineer writing full stack software
• Experienced and opinionated about API design and distributed backend systems
• Able to switch between research, design, prototype, and implementation
• Experience using cloud managed services (ideally in GCP)
• Proficient in Python and one of Rust, Golang, or C
• Working knowledge of at least one of the major cloud platforms (eg GCP, AWS, or Azure)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Angular or alternative front end frameworks
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and vulnerability methodologies
• Familiarity with current penetration and security assessment tools such as Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite, Wireshark, etc.
• Experience contributing to open source software
• Proficient knowledge of common networking protocols such as HTTP, DNS, DHCP, ARP, FTP, etc - Basic knowledge in other less common protocols such as ICS/SCADA or database protocols
• Familiarity with common open source security software such as Nuclei, OpenVAS, and Nmap
• Proficient knowledge in network architectures - understands subnetting and routing and how VLANs work and affect network scanning
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems
• Demonstrates a basic understanding of how a variety of exploits work and shows skills in enumerating and selecting the correct exploit for a given system
• Familiarity with packaging, deploying, and supporting on-prem / private cloud software

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $147000/YR - $237500/YR. As a Consultant Senior in Business Banking, you’ll help improve the lives of our clients and the well-being of their businesses through solutions, education, and advice. You’ll be responsible for leading our business development efforts in your assigned territory, specifically focusing on underserved small businesses.

Job Responsibilities

• Build relationships, utilize networks and local centers of influence to identify and support underserved entrepreneurs.
• Build and maintain a current business network and active involvement in community organizations such as Chambers of Commerce and non-profit organizations; leverage knowledge of diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, financial and economic concepts; and employ creative marketing techniques utilizing Chase resources and materials to develop business networks and prospects.
• Provide the best in client advice and service and develop the relationship to ensure a seamless client experience throughout Chase. Build collaborative relationships with partners across Chase, including Branches, Home Lending, Chase Wealth Management, Merchant and Card Services, to provide our clients the best solutions for all of their financial need.
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients by using knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit and risk management, while leveraging relationships, to identify, recommend, and promote solutions that best serve the client.
• Build collaborative internal and external relationships to provide the best in client advice and service to develop the business network and ensure a seamless experience for the business client.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business banking relationship management role or related business / commercial lending experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong relationship management skills; demonstrate strong tactical business development and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate seasoned judgment to offer comprehensive and customized solutions that best meet client needs; monitors and researches market/industry trends and business outcomes to anticipate client needs and present proactive solutions
• Able to identify opportunities, issues, and viable alternatives, while managing risk, when traditional solutions do not apply

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Extensive knowledge of business and credit underwriting with commercial credit training
• Experience owning / operating a small business

In this role, you will:

• Act as an advisor to leadership to develop and/or influence recruitment of experienced independent contractor Financial Advisors and to expand the breadth of recruitment to FiNet.

• Partner with other FiNet field recruiters to knowledge share and develop recruitment strategies and expertise to promote business growth in the independent practice space.

• ​Be responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with independent Financial Advisors to enhance their satisfaction and retention as well as developing excellent partnerships with management to increase Financial Advisor affiliations to FiNet.

• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges regarding independent advisor recruitment, delivering solutions that lead to revenue growth organically.

• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions.

• Engage with function peers, colleagues, and supervisors to resolve issues related to the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Wealth Channel Development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting Financial Advisors/Wealth Advisors

• FINRA registration including Series 7 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)

• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

• Strong presentation skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

• Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
