• Guide customers in building scalable, optimally managed solutions and adaptable to technological improvements using Red Hat technologies

What You Will Bring
• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Experience with delivering an implementation based on an architectural design
• Experience delivering successful modern cloud platform consulting engagements
• Demonstrated ability to lead a technical project, including collaborating on project timelines and maintaining project and technical documentation
• Experience with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) cloud solutions, including Red Hat's OpenShift Container Platform
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes
• Experience with or working knowledge of Ansible automation
• Experience with Linux system administration, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or a derivative
• Experience with configuration management, application deployment, and infrastructure orchestration technologies
• Ability to identify stakeholder needs and set expectations regarding project timelines and scope of work
• Experience working collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge and a desire to mentor
• Associate or Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a technical discipline
• Technical certifications like Security +, and network• Prior experience with source code management tools like Gitlab
• Knowledge of networking principles such as TCP, DNS, DHCP, IPs
• Experience with Red Hat Identity Management (IdM)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Must be able to work in-person in Charleston, SC daily
The salary range for this position is $116,270.00 - $191,840.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

About the job:
The program manager will be responsible for executing the tooling strategy and management system for the Red Hat Tech Sales Practices team. This role will align very closely to the regional and global Red Hat tech sales functions, as well as APM and Operations team. You will be responsible for leading the adoption management system: Defining metrics, target methodology, and reporting process. This includes developing reports and analyzing data sets to provide guidance to our APM and Operations team. You will be responsible for leading the strategy definition and facilitating execution around tooling to make the Tech Sales team more productive, with a focus on Red Hat Sales Cloud.. Manages, controls, and directs the activities and staff involved in the distribution of inventory to the production line.
Manages, controls, and directs staff to achieve Materials profit and loss goals including minimization of excess and obsolete inventory.
Ensures the timely delivery of materials at the most economical cost, consistent with quality standards, affecting quality by assuring that suspicious material is identified, and that material is handled, stored, and delivered properly.
Ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction through negotiations of customer expectations and managing and directing staff activities required to meet this expectation.
Coordinates with customers, purchasing, project managers, operations managers, and warehouse managers.
In charge of accurate inventory cycle counts, and controls.
Provides for the proper shipping and documentation of finished goods.
Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures and material control systems.
Reviews, plans, and approves purchase orders and change notices.
Reviews purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
In charge of disposition of excess and obsolete materials.
Manage End to End Material processes for assigned customers (forecast through shipments)
Manage CTB / Procurement Actions in order to meet Financial commitments
Collaborate Cross Functionally on Customer accounts to ensure Customer Satisfaction targets are set
Internal and External Customer reporting on assigned accounts (will fall in multiple functional areas)
Monitor and drive WIP DOS aging improvement

Ensure Non-Nettable aging is not aging
