  • Must have strong network security knowledge and familiarization with segmentation, virtualization, cryptography, digital certificates, secure key management and encryption protocols (TLS, IPSEC, MACSec)

  • Familiarization with data center protocols such as EVPN & VXLAN

  • Familiarization with optical transport technologies such as DWDM and 400G/800G-ZR/ZR+.

  • Knowledgeable with QoS concepts and queuing strategies, experience with QoS configurations, diagnosing and tuning of QoS and performing bandwidth analysis

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex multi-layered network environment
