As an IT Support Engineer II, you will use your technical knowledge and specialized skills to support, build, implement, and improve technology solutions across sites in a defined geographical area. You are able to manage large projects with minimal guidance that affect multiple locations in a region. You are able to resolve customer issues in time of crisis to get them working again. You are actively expanding your scope of knowledge by learning about software design patterns, data structures, AWS technologies and distributed systems concepts.
Key job responsibilities
- Troubleshooting difficult IT problems without SOPs Planning and coordinating CMs and CM templates.- Leading continuous improvement efforts.
- Auditing the quality of work performed and provide constructive feedback when necessary.- Serving as the first point of escalation.
- Participating in hiring, training and development of others.
- 3+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
- 4+ years of IT systems or relevant commercial production environment experience
- 4+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
- 4+ years of Microsoft administration, Linux administration, or Cisco IOS (CLI) experience
- 4+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
- 4+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- 3+ years of supporting a windows server environment experience
- Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment

About the Role
As a Field Sales Associate (FSA) at Boston Scientific, you will play a pivotal role in supporting regional accounts under the guidance of the Region Sales Manager. Working closely with Territory Managers, youโll help maintain market share across existing accounts while delivering exceptional service and clinical support. This includes conducting in-services and assisting with training initiatives to elevate the teamโs performance and customer experience.

The hourly pay range for this position in Louisiana is $26.38 to $42.20, plus overtime eligible.
This role also includes, field service and lead generation incentive bonus plans, on-call pay, company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive plan, field service incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
