What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cycle counting raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials daily.
• Utilizing the system to review on-hand inventory, production, and work order status.
• Ensuring materials are in proper locations and helping search to locate misclassified inventory.
• Reporting discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to management.
• Performing root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommending process improvements to eliminate problems.
• Maintaining 6S standards for work performed.
• Working at least 40 hours a week, and overtime as needed.
• Following Safety Rules and Procedures: Company Safety Policy. Immediately reporting safety issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience inshipping/receiving/cyclecounting preferred.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Automotive Manufacturing.
• Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills.
