Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performance Hurdles: A Team Financial Advisor (TFA) must acquire clients through personalized marketing techniques to meet minimum performance hurdles.
- Registration and Licensing Requirement: A TFA is required to obtain necessary licensing and registrations (Series 7 and Series 66 and Insurance).
- Education Requirement: A TFA is required to complete the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Investment Planning Course and the Financial Planning course.
- Development Assessment: A TFA must successfully complete ongoing Developmental Assessments throughout the training. In preparation for the assessment, the TFA studies a variety of topics and may participate in developmental activities in the areas including but not limited to: Merrill strategy, products & services, wealth management process, desk top technology, marketing consultative sales skills and investment financial planning knowledge.
- Performance Requirements: A TFA is expected to meet the performance and development requirements of the Financial Advisor Development Program and transition to a full Financial Advisor at the conclusion of the program.

This role requires an on-site workmode of 4/5 days in office per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to understand business objectives and translate them into user stories and technological solutions.
- Drive the identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through the evaluation of real-time data. Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
- Translate requirements into Business User Stories with “Who, What, Why” acceptance criteria
- Triage User Issues to provide guidance and resolve issues
- Analyze business processes and problems and identify, prioritize, coach, and lead continuous improvement efforts utilizing Six Sigma and Lean tools.
- Perform tasks such as Tracing Requirements to Design, creating a Test Script for Requirements, and executing System and User Acceptance Testing. Execute software validation and/or qualification protocols and record results.
- Work closely with the project team (internal and external) to ensure a timely solution
- Serve as Project Manager for multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal and external cross-functional groups.
- Resolve technical issues, including diagnosis of the problem, recommendations for workarounds, and defect correction
- Identify ongoing opportunities and approaches for automating functional business processes. Work with users to recommend improvement programs and process enhancements.
- Build content and processes to educate the project team on system updates and changes.
- Drive processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across SAP, Manhattan, and other supporting systems.
- Collaborate with the Project Management, Operations, Customer Service, Quality, Manufacturing, and other functions to define and implement end-to-end process improvement opportunities.
- Support the group in resolving system and process issues.

- Develop, execute, and document acceptance testing, end-to-end testing, report test results, bug reports, and drive resolution of defects.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of Business Process Analyst or related experience
- SAP experience in Distribution and Logistics
- Expert in using the Microsoft suite of tools, including Visio
- Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Practical experience generating and refining process documentation
- Experience performing hands-on end-user support and testing
- Experience managing projects
- Ability to travel 1X a quarter to MN

Your responsibilities will include:
- Partner independently with the site function managers and corporate business partners
- Develop detailed financial forecasts incorporating historic, trended and current business information
