To Qualify, You Must Have

  • A bachelor’s degree (required); advanced degree is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of client facing consulting experience, preferably in a professional services or management consulting firm, or similar environment with comparable experience in industry sector noted below.
  • Exposure to business process documentation and enhancements and solution architecture, product and portfolio management, and program delivery.
  • Experience supporting transformation initiatives. For example;
    • TMO/EPMO setup and operations
  • Familiarity with change management and delivery methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and digital fluency.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel (estimated at 60–80%).

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • A degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
  • ERP or AI/Data Fabric implementations or central data office experience
  • Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile-related credentials.

Must have 2 years of direct experience utilizing valuation techniques and methodologies (Income, Market and Cost Approaches) performed for Purchase Price Allocations (PPA) and Goodwill Impairment testing within a business valuation firm or practice; a venture capital, investment banking, commercial banking, financial research, or national valuation firm; or in a corporate finance role for an organization.

Must have 2 years of experience working on business valuation mergers and acquisitions; conducting valuations for financial reporting; financial modeling including building models from scratch in MS Excel and related software.

Must have 2 years of Purchase Price Allocations (PPA) experience.

Must have 2 years of experience working with external clients on business valuation engagements.

Requires domestic and regional travel up to 20% to serve client needs.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the process inventory, reflecting accurate information that supports effective decision making, and ensuring compliance to enterprise policy and standard requirements

• Identifies information security gaps and remediation strategies
